If you're using your passport number to log on, make sure you are using the passport number you originally used to open the account as you may have changed your passport since then. People were having the same problem when Bancaja became Bankia.

Checked the number and it is my old passport number that I used to open the account but it is still not working. Why are they making it so difficult? Is there no-one who has, or has had, the same problem? grrrrrr

We are up and running with our Sabadell Account now.

The only dodgy thing - they sent us our new account number in the post with the IBAN. So I sent money over.

This was successful, but went to the Card account and not the Mortgage account, so I now need to move between the two.

Good practise, I assume.
