Argentine pesos

Does anyone have any idea where I could buy a small amount of Argentine pesos? Tried the two money exchange places in Quesada and our bank (Bankinter) to no avail. Even looked online, but only common currencies seem to be available. Surely some people must go on holiday there!

When I went to Argentina some time ago, everyone who visited took US dollars. The peso is virtually worthless outside Argentina so wouldn't think there would be an exchange mechanism for it.
Most shops take USD and the only thing we need pesos for was buses and taxis but there are loads of traders at the airport, in the streets and so on offering dollars to pesos and give a better exchange rate than the banks.
50 dollar notes were the best as you got a better exchange rate than the smaller notes and didn't end up with too many pesos afterwards.
Most shops and restaurants take dollars but give the change in pesos.
