Personal Taxes start being assessed in April /May to be paid in June and November (if you wish to pay it in 2 parts). The SUMA for your house is paid in Sept and for the car, I believe it is May.

IBI is in September. Non-Resident tax for the year has to be submitted by Dec 31st. It is shared by the joint owners of the house so if it is in two names then you'll each get a bill for 50% of the charge.
If you have a solicitor or fiscal rep then they will complete the forms for you based on the cadastral (rateable) value of your property and pay it for your through your bank account.
If no solicitor you have to complete a Form 210 and enter the cadastral value (found on your IBI bill).
You only pay the non-resident imputed tax if you don't rent out your property and declare the rental income.
Example:
You property has a cadastral value of €60,000. The tax is 1.1% of that value (if the property has been revalued since 1994, 2% if not). so 60,000 x 1.1% = 660 euro (known as the revised cadastral value). The tax payable on that is 19% so €125.40. If jointly owned you enter 50% ownership and each bill will be €62.70.
This is the Form 210 in English. If it is your first submission, I would suggest you get a solicitor or gestor to complete it and show you how to do it. You can then do successive years yourself.

The cadastral value is not the same as your purchase price. It is the rateable value and will be shown on your IBI bill. It will be lower than the price you paid for the property, in some cases less than half.
That's the first thing you need to know.
