We have just opened a Bankia account and cannot access our online account in English. We get the login page in English, but once logged in it is in Spanish.
Can anyone help us access our account in English? Thanks in advance.

There's a button on the top right that says Espanol. On the line Bankia Acceso Clientes, go to the end of that line,click the down arrow next to Espanol and select English.

Hi you could download the bankia app via Google play store it's then automatically translated to English I use it all the time hope this helps

Thanks for all your help. We worked out it didn't work on the iPad but does an an android phone and app. Thank goodness for IT.
