Talk Quesada forum

Anyone else been locked out of their online banking with Sabadell? Message comes up says its not me and asks for password which doesnt work. It only happened after I had a new direct debit set up for internet. Been working perfectly for years. Another trip to La Zenia!

Why la zenia ?theres a sababell branch in Quesada, rojales, and near la guna hotel,

A few years back when Sabadell moved our account from one they closed down , they strangely chose La Zenia as our 'parent' bank, even though our address was in Quesada. We didn't realise at first, as we were in the UK, but after a few months we went into the Ciudad Quesada branch and asked them to move us to Quesada and they did, no problem. So in theory our first bank now would be La Zenia but we do everything in Quesada branch, including resetting passwords if need be.

Could be worth going into Quesada (with your passports/ID etc) .

If they still tell you to go to LaZenia, then to save this happening again go into Quesada branch with ID afterwards and ask to move your main branch to them. It will be much more convenient.

I suggest that you phone the Quesada branch and ask for an appointment with the branch manager. She is very pleasant and will accommodate you if possible. She is much nicer than some of her staff who we have to deal with.

Lizzy don't give up it took me 8 years to get mine moved it was,not until I got a proper bank person in Playa Flamenca she did it finally took a while but it worked be a sad day when they move her to another branch
