Posted: Tue Nov 06, 2018 3:30 pmYou really need to take financial advice in the equity release arena as there are many issues that you need to be aware of and understand. It is a specialist qualification in the UK so check with the person you are dealing with that they have this.

I arrange Mortgages and have not heard that Equity Release was coming to Spain ans as it will require a Decree from the Spanish Government I doubt if it ever will
