Hi folks has anyone got a phone number fthat works for BANKIA and has a human to answer it ? I have called 12 numbers they have listed only to get cut off as soon as it connects or automated voice in Spainish.The English options dont work even the .numbers on my new card dont get human.I thought BMN where bad but Bankia are useless,I havnt been able to access my online account for a year.I am unable to get to Spain for the foreseable future.

Which Bankia branch? Mine is in Torrevieja and I get through straight away. I use a bit of Spanish and they always reply in English (guess my Spanish accent is pretty abysmal). I also have a number for my "personal" manager and get straight through to her in English every time.
If you're talking of the Quesada branch then the number is 965 725 772 and I've seen them answer the phone quite a few times. They won't pick up the phone whilst dealing with a customer in person, though.
And, yes, the number of the main help office on 0034 916 024 680 does have a recorded message in Spanish. Funnily enough, my UK bank helpline has a recorded message in English.
