I use Transferwise and Foremost FX. On occasion Foremost has been prepared to negotiate their rate to better the Transferwise deal.

Using their "low cost" transfer, it costs £3.66 to send £1,000; to send £200, it would cost 95p.

Note that they give you the 'live' exchange rate at the time you choose to exchange so, for example, the current rate is 1.16605: if you transfer £200 now, the fee will be 95p and you will get Eu 232.10 into your Spanish account.
