Spanish Tax Return Query

Hi, just wanted to know if UK expats resident in Spain that do the Declaracion de Renta have to declare what savings they have in the UK?

You only have to declare savings for the 720 and that's if the total assetts are over 50,000 or has increased since the last 720. For your tax now you don't have to declare your UK savings

Just the intressed one savings...that in my case is less than £10 a year ...lol

If you signed an IR85 in UK to have interest paid gross then you have to declare the interest.

You have to declare bank interest on savings in the UK no matter how paltry,
