Dirct Debit help

Can anyone tell me what this company is BOOM & NAVARRO ASOCIADOS? A direct debit has come out of our account and have no clue what it is. I find it very strange that the direct debits that have been set up we have no written confirmation or emails !! I’ve spent a bit of time googling to find out. TIA

Might this be your community fees? They look like Property Managers so perhaps they are the administrators for the Community?

I’d agree that it’s probably community fees.
Your solicitor probably set-up the DD for you when you bought the property, along with DDs for electricity, water, SUMA etc.
Give them a call and ask if they are the administrators for your urbanisation, and whether they’ve just collected community fees via DD.
