11 am sometimes not up

I have been a account holder at La Caixa ex Barclays bank in Quesada for years, over the last few weeks i now notice a 2 euro charge for taking out money on top of the charges my english bank charges which i am aware of, i always thought if u had a account u were not charged withdrawal fees, today i went in to pay a couple of bills only to be told the first desk where i used to do that closes at 11am (eh) and after that u have to make a appointment (really) i thought banks opened all day am i missing something apart from getting up very early.

La Caixa is no better. I went to pay money in and that too has to be before 11

Yes, this lack of assistance after 11 am without an appointment is very annoying. I think you are now supposed to pay all your bills in the machines. Being rather ancient, I find it all very confusing and miss my lovely assistant, Angel, who used to attend to all my queries etc, until she seemed to have been transferred to some other branch. I would change banks if it was not so much hassle.
