Yes we have the same problem with account being blocked. Would have been nice if they had warned us instead of just doing it.
I have bills to pay and in UK, my partner is away teaching in Moscow right now.
After a week of chasing them for an answer i get "the only way to unblock is to visit us in branch".
They just don't see that that is not possible.
Looks like I may have to dash down to Quesada, but not sure if that will achive anything given they want to see passports and like I say my partner is teaching in Moscow right now!
Really disappointed with them.
So does anyone know if Spanish banks have anything similar to SWITCH as here in the UK as I feel like voting with my feet and going elsewhere.
