Nationwide Card Reader

I have an account with Nationwide and have 2 small pensions paid in each month. Until 4 weeks ago I logged in using what was called memorial data a 6 digit number.

It has now changed and I now have to use a Card Reader which I did not have. I telephoned Nationwide and they said they would send me one. I have still not received it. I have telephoned Nationwide again and they have told me I can use any Card Reader from any Bank.

Can I go into any Bank in Quesada and buy a Card Reader. Thank you. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to access my account.

Not sure if you can 'acquire' an alternative locally however I have a second actual NW card reader which you're welcome to borrow if it gets you out of a jam.

BTW I'm planning to be in Quesada on Wed morning and again on Friday.

Try using the NW app, it’s a lot easier.

I have just paid my credit card with my memorable data without a card reader...

Maybe they will get to me later..

When you go to log in to the online banking there are two tab headings which you can switch between (not that obvious) for memorable data or card reader. have a look and see if you can click on the memorable data tab.

Hi I have just closed 2 accounts with them so you can have my card reader if you want as no good to me.

Hello Chat. We have 3 nationwide card readers, goodness knows why - anyway when we get home we will check out the screen on them to make sure they are ok. You are welcome to one if it’s ok. Will contact you again later.
