What money card is best to use instead of money

Just been reading on the forum and it seems that most places only taking card is that right?
We usually just use money, can anyone advise me what is the best money card to use we are coming from uk. I know theres a card u can get for holidays but not sure where to get the best one from

If you go on the moneysavingexpert webite, the one always top is the Halifax Clarity card. On the website you can run a credit check to see if you're likely to be able to get one. You can pay in any currency and the rate of exchange you get is almost inter bank rate.

I should have said, it's best to pay any card off in full each month.

Revolut. You load the card with whatever currency you want. It is not a credit card where you get a monthly bill. However I put English money on it from my English bank and then when you change it on the card to euros you get the business rate. It’s super easy. Very handy for holidays because you can have multiple currencies on it

https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/travel-credit-cards/We have the Santander Zero & Halifax card, just in case one gets blocked.

I use Transferwise Borderless account card I just transfer money to it from my UK bank then just use the card as normal in Euros you can have various options of currencies
You can also setup Direct Debits with the account

Just had a look at the link, very interesting. I use Transferwise to send money to my Sabadell account every now and then, but I didn't know they did a debit card. I think I'll get one to keep alongside my Clarity card. Thanks jpeg

You can use cash in any shop, they just prefer you to use a card

I second this. really easy to use, and the rates are good,
