Apologies that this is not actually in Quesada, but does anyone know the name of the manager at the above branch?
I'm getting the run-around from their general staff by email and I'd like to contact the manager.
Better still, if anyone knows their email address please PM it to me.
Thanks
Mike

I also bank with Bankia at Cabo Roig and can confirm they are not the best to deal with enquiries. There is another branch just past the pyramid roundabout (in direction of Torrevieja) on the right past the lighting shop etc and they are far more helpful. I don't have any details for them but would suggest a call in if at all possible. (I'm avoiding going otherwise I would ask for the info for you!)

Thanks for your reply, they have been difficult to deal with remotely as I'm back in the UK at the moment.
I have a basic account with no linked products (mortgage/insurance etc) and was paying fees of €60/year when in February they upped the fees to €168/year without even telling me despite having my email and UK addresses on file. I wanted to close the account but they wouldn't reply to emails for weeks and when they finally did they said I needed someone in Spain with power of attorney to close the account for me.

Fortunately yesterday they started to cooperate and I have now closed the account.

I did get another reply from another forum member of the manager's name but i didn't have to go to the manager as they finally cooperated.

Thanks

This really surprised me, I am with Bankia but I have moved all my direct debits to Transferwise, I was going to close my Bankia account when I went over to Spain this month but obviously I can't go at the moment.
I was under the assumption that I would have to do this in person or at the very least give a power of attorney to my Solicitor.
Would you mind giving me the contact stuff and what was the process? Did you contact Cabo Roig branch or Bankia generally, I am at La Zenia branch and also non res.
Thanks, Ken.
