There is no charge as Transferwise receive your money in the UK, but send to your Spanish bank from their Belgium IBAN.
Therefore under SEPA, no fees between EU countries.

I have a TransferWise account and wonder if anyone has used TransferWise to transfer money from a U.K. bank account to Spanish bank since Jan 1st. If so did the Spanish bank charge you for the deposit? Many thanks.

Since January 1, we have had both a private transfer from Transferwise, and a direct UK old age pension transfer from Worldpay into our Sabadell account and incurred no charges.
We have an expansion account with Sabadell with a UK pension paid directly into it every 4 weeks and a minimum deposit of 700 per month, and maintain an above zero balance; therefore we get free banking with them.

Thank you so much for the replies, much appreciated. I have now arranged for my local government pension to be paid into a U.K. bank account and will arrange for TransferWise to transfer it into Caixa when the rate is decent.
