Caixabank Clients ? advice request.

Hi *All,

I find myself with a problem here and wondered if anyone could advise?

I am in the UK and need to ask advice from my 'Advisor' on the Caixabank/Holabank online site.
I have used this many, many times in the past it is a good feature.

However, this feature (the url) no longer works. and I need this ability for my account.

Please note, I cannot use a telephone due to my being quite hard-of hearing. So Iam dependent on either Email, online chat or 'Snail mail'.

The only email address I have is for an employee there that has left over two years ago.

Any advice would be 'muy apreciado'

Assuming you are with the Quesada branch ( at the Arches) you could contact Sven the manager directly. I have always found him very good at replying and being helpful. This is his email: [email protected]

Sonia at Caixia bank quite helpful. Sven the manager is by far, the most rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I ended up closing my account because of him.

Have you tried downloading the App? I speak to my advisor through it
