Very sorry...that was the email I have used in the past, obviously changes have taken place, like a lot of things in Spain...
If you can get into your account on line, there is another contact way....you could try this.
If not you could call the English line 917098567 or a direct call to the branch on 965725626....
Failing that you could call by walking into the branch in Quesada.

Thanks all. Sadly looks like I will have to wait until I can go in person, like so many things in Spain. Frustrating as being charged fees that I shouldn't be but that is the way it is.

What do you think of cryptocurrency? Or do you only work with traditional currency as the banks? I have recently found an interesting resource with the latest bitcoin news. It's useful, as for me.
