Can anyone help me with a contact number for Wise?

They have cancelled one of my DD's and emailed to say I cancelled it which I haven't. Since then they refuse to reply to emails.

Did you email them via your log on account or from outside your account ?

Only I’ve never heard of them not replying to emails.

Logon to your wise account from a browser and do “chat” with them. They answered within 30 seconds and if they do not help via chat ask them for a direct line number.

Thanks everyone. Issue now resolved. Apparently they missed my email (all 3 of them).

Never thought to look on the card for the number - good tip.
