Our bank has sent us a email asking us to go in and up date our information ie passport info as our are out of date national insurance numbers NIE numbers and proof of earnings and proof of our address are they wanting UK address or our holiday home? . Is this normal practice. Thanks

proof of earnings has nothing to do with the bank unless you have a mortgage with them

No don't hove a mortgage. The bank is sabadell.

The rest of info is normal for a non resident I think the bank has to send the info to the tax office they charge you for it
