Wise & Hidraqua

I set up my Wise account last week. Changing my DD online with Iberdrola was seamless...however I'm having problems with changing it with Hydraqua.

I've gone to the Contracts section, to "Change my direct debit details", entered all the information including the new bank details (BE44 and 12 further digits), and I get the "Something went wrong" message as shown in the attached photo.

Can anyone help?

I think most people go to their local office or, as I did, phone up. It's probably the least convenient supplier to change over.

You need to download their sepa form, print it out fill it in, scan it back into your computer and email to them. That worked for me. Just google Hidraqua sepa form and it should come up. They did try to email me one but it was never attached to the email. Good luck
