Hi, I wonder if anyone can give me any advice......Are all Spanish ATMs the same?

Or do some Banks charge higher fees than others for cash withdrawals if using a UK card - and does it vary if I used a debit or credit card to do so?

I'll be trying my best to not have to make any cash withdrawals, but there maybe occasion when only cash will do, and I don't want to pay more than needs be!

Yes, they do vary greatly. Avoid BBVA as it is the most expensive.

LA Caixa is 7 euro per transaction. But Sabatell atm is still 1,80 hence the bigger waiting time at the ATMS

Wow, that's some difference!

Recently, I withdrew €300 from my Sabadell account an ATM. In Bordeaux There was nothing about charges so, I thought, “I’ve got away with this one”. Later that day, I logged in on my Sabadell APP, you guessed it, charges. €13.50!

Drawing cash on a Credit Card should always be seen as an absolute last resort only to be done when you're desperate for money and have exhausted all other possibilities!
