I have a account in caixa bank .By mistake my mobile app was deleted and I also have forgotten my id and password. Now in bank hours I m on my job.my wife went to bank to recover it they said that I have to come personally.yesterday within few minute before the bank closing i reach the bank .They give me pin to sign in .but in many attempts I could not do so.Now for security reason they have block my app. What could I do .

If it's your account they cannot give the information to your wife or any other 3rd party else so you will probably have no option but to attend your branch.

I had exactly the same thing, went into branch they unblocked it - said it would send a pin , it did but it still didn’t work and now back in uk, branch was very unhelpful because I didn’t have an appointment
