We also have had double payments taken this month. Is there some way of getting this back via your bank account online. I have noticed a button on Sabadell return bill/payment but not sure. Any ideas?

Yes you can get the payment returned by using the button but you may invalidate the policy by doing so as they may say you have defaulted on the payment scheme
Why not contact them and query why 2 payments have been taken out
