Do Pharmacies here in Spain test urine for water infections or is this only done at the surgery/hospital?

If you are concerned I would go see you doctor or if you have no doctor speak with the pharmacist or go to the hospital. It will depend on the age and sex of the person involved.if you are an adult female then you can get a course of antibiotics especially for urine infections over the counter at the pharmacy.

I was told by the pharmacy I would have to see a doctor as they could only give me herbal treatment. I went down to emergencies in Rojales and they tested my urine and gave me a prescription for antibiotics which cleared it up.

Please go to your doctor, i suffered badly with urine infection, despite several visits to 24 hour clinic (my doctor was on holiday) and 5 hours on a drip overnight in Torry hospital, when my doctor came back he gave me the proper antibiotics and only cost 3 cents, cleared within a week.
