I'm using Reflex at the moment and it's doing my back no good. Mind you, neither is the Emulgel or the Ibuprofen cream from Boots.
My fault for not digging the garden properly.

Radio salil really does help extactly the same as deep heat just a little stronger so don’t need to use much at all on area concerned

We like Radio Salilo antiinflamatorrio cream. It costs about 8 euros over the counter from the Chemist. It really works for us! It doesnt necessarily give out a lot of heat but smells a bit like it! Worth a try!
