Medication Advice

My Mother has been suffering from nausea and tiredness for some months now. Her Doctor is aware of this nausea and tiredness, recently even paying a home visit as she was too ill to get out of bed.

She is currently prescribed 5 drugs, 3 of which list nausea as a side effect. Despite knowing she is suffering from nausea, he has kept her on the same drugs, although alternatives are available. Language is a problem, but my parents always take an interapter for appointments.

Really looking to change Doctor, or get a second opinion from a Doctor who preferably speaks very good English. Just wondered if anyone could recommend a Doctor to check the medication and possibly suggest alternatives. My Father is getting quite desperate now for a solution to the permanent nausea and tiredness.
