Can't help with the physiotherapist, though. There are a couple in Rojales but don't know anyone who has used them.
This one Physio says they speak English which could be a help.

Yes, my wife can recommend the C & C clinic as mentioned by Marcliff - nice people, speak English and good price.
Later if you want to build up a particular area of muscles etc., can highly recommend personal trainer, Steve.
My wife damaged her shoulder a couple of years ago, used C & C and then went regularly to Steve who got her arm moving more normally again.

Cannot recommend too highly clinical fisioterapia in Rojales tel no 696288308 they all speak good English very friendly practice
