Medical advice needed please

Hi
Please can someone advise me what to do with my poorly wife Julie.
Julie started having abdominal pain from early afternoon yesterday, She initially put it down to indigestion and started taking Rennie. However pain is no better and now suspect, after a sleepless night of pain, it maybe her gallbladder (no previous issues).
Because of the pain Julie is in I think I need to get her checked out but not the easiest of things as it's a Sunday. We are permanent residents, in our fifties, with private health insurance that use Dr Ballester by the arches and Quiron hospital.
I'm guessing Dr Ballester won't be there today so please can someone advise where I can get Julie checked out? We also have EHIC cards that are still in date but no Sip cards.
Many thanks
Ian
