Is it necessary to go to hospital for an ear syringe or can my local medical centre oblige?

The nurse at the medical centre will do it but think you have to see the doctor first

The doctor will prescribe ear drops and make you an appointment with the nurse for a few days later

Agua oxygenada is great for softening ear wax. Purchase from any supermarket for about 1 Euro. Just a few drops and you can hear it bubbling in your ears. This is what the clinic advised me to do. After 3 days the clinic syringed my ears and it was perfect.
