.Hi a few weeks since i asked this just wondered if same answers apply Do i need to go to the doctors or reception to get a repeat prescription or as was told on here just present my sip card to the Farmacia .I get 3 lots of tablets.

Have you signed up on Yosalud? I just go on there and ask, they then update the system and then you go to the chemist

You do just present the SIP card but it has to be updated first. If not on Yo Salud (where you can request it be renewed) then a phone call (but they appear to be not getting answered at the moment) or a trip to the receptionist.
You'll then get a message to say it's been renewed or you need to see the doctor.
After that you don't get a paper prescription anymore, just make a note of when the next one is due and go to the pharmacy. If you forget what date the next one is the pharmacy will print it out for you.

I had this problem for months. Couldn't get on with iPad or Galaxy Tab but tried on my desktop and got on for the first time, works every time now.

Yo Salud is terrible on an I pad. Their tech guys told me to clear the cashe (close all open tabs) tried again worked no problem saved yo Salud to my favourites works fine now

I have just renewed my prescription this morning by phoning the receptionist on966926886. It will be available on wednesday afternoon at the farmacia. Yo salad never works for me. Best wishes.

I am just trying to get my prescription updated for first time. Sent message to Yo Salud to ask for update on medication yesterday.

Received reply today saying done. Looking good so far.
