online form after jab

we are 78 both had our jabs got form from doctor giving instructions to download the valudation code. not so easy. we hit a blickage first wanting us to check phone number, hit continue- nothing. we have managed to print off a sort of form for mt husband which only gives Lot Numbers not valudation., ok just done for me too but again no valudation numbers

You need to a certificate from the doctor when you get both jabs,to confirm you have both.

No you don't. You print off the certificate online as pointed out in other threads. I think Babsie has managed it now. Not sure the health centres would be too happy with loads of people turning up to get a certificate when they're trying to keep numbers down.
