You need all the digits from your SIP number, mine has 7 but some have 8, and then the requested characters from your 8 character password. See attached in English.

You just put the last 7 numbers in. eg the numbers in bold but ignoring the 0 at the beginning.

71 05231467 just put the 5231467. I think (but not sure) that if the first number is higher than a 0 you have to enter all 8 but both mine and my wife's ignore the 0. The hospital appointment machine only uses the 7 numbers as well.

Use the Register yourself option. There is an option on the blue bar near the top to change the language, Castillian, Valenciano or English.

First select your health centre (CAP ROJALES II LO MARABU)
Then the health card number in the above format.
Then dob as in 01/05/1965 or use the calendar box next to it and change it.
email if you want or tick without email
Then tick the consent box below it and submit.
They will then send you a password which you can use to log in but have to changed the password to one you want when you do so with 8 characters.

If it comes up as you are already registered then I'm afraid you'll need to get a new password from the health centre.

Interesting as the illustration on the site itself shows both 7 and 8 digits being used, even with a 0 at the beginning, but perhaps both work and the OP is doing something else wrong.

Are you talking about Portal Salud?
Check that the salud have your correct details. Both phone number and email address need to be correct.
If details are correct and you still can’t complete registration, the salud can give you a temporary password to enable you to register. Or at least they could when it was yosalud and nothing has changed except for the name.

Yosalud doesn’t work because it was owned by Ribera, but I’ve just been on Portal Salud and it’s fine

Hi, I think we are all a bit confused here. I asked about Yo/Port Salud at Lo Marabu reception yesterday, and was told that there is no longer ANY system that can be used for communication with the docs. It seems that it still holds our records which we can see, but it is not active. I wonder does anyone know any more/something different to this? Being unable to use the system to do simple things like request renewal of prescriptions or check on blood test results is a big disadvantage. I had to have an appointment made for this, in over a week's time (and it is important for me to know now whether I need to continue on a medication, or not).

No information was forthcoming on if there is any plans to put a new system in place.

I have just sent a message to my doctor via Portal Salud. I got the usual message to say message sent and doctor will reply within 48 hours.
Will let you know if I get a reply
