I obviously have some sort of allergy and need to see a soecialust. My skin itches all over and I am in agony at times. If I go to my doctor I will be in a queue. Can anybody please recommend an allergy specialist I could see privately. Thank you.

Presumably you have been to the farmacia. They have some super strength antihistamines over here.

When I feel itchy I take a 20mg antihistamine, use special shower, body cream etc. only cool showers so skin doesn't get irritated.
Which works for me.
Your might be a different allergy and a skin ‘prick test’ might identify what you are allergic to.
Hope the Allergology dept at Queron or IMED can help you.

What's the itching like? We both had a terrible itching sensation about 5 years ago, it was all over, you scratched one part of your body and straight away another part was itchy, it was non stop. We then had a message from the care home where we stayed for a month whilst seeing MIL and they told us they had an outbreak of scabbies, that was what we caught, it was horrendous. We had to buy some cream 100 euros a tube, cover ourselves all over, leave for 24 hours, then repeat a few days later. It was as if things were under our skin which basically it was. Never want that again.
