Posted: Sat Jan 28, 2017 1:00 amWe went to Iberdrola at La Zenia on Monday - they told us that we needed to contact a qualified Electrician, which we did. There's a charge for his service, to prepare the certificate, then depending how much you're upgraded, Iberdrola, when they have the certificate, will charge 'in bands' (60€/stepped increase), to get their Engineer to sort out the Smart meter, then your Tariff/Bill rate will increase slightly. So we're looking at a cost of around 320€ total.
