Can anyone recommend someone who knows about Ferroli boilers? Gas is coming through but boiler won't ignite. TIA

Could be a few things have you noticed the water not running as fast? try cleaning your tap filters or replacing them, to test if it is this just remove the filter and run the tap, also some of these have a battery for the ignition which needs replacing if you look underneath the boiler you should see the housing it is just a normal size one but not all of the boilers have them some work on water flow, also on the boiler there is a water flow control if it is not the other two things try turning the water flow up. if all else fails call Dave Farr who has been metioned on the forum.

We had the same problem a few weeks ago it was the batteries in the inighter that need changed

Out of interest what was it?

No idea scoobydoo. techno from Fenosa just arrived, pushed a few knobs and it fired up, dont know what he did differently to my husband but it now works and we can wash in hot water! Coming back tomorrow to change the regulator so I dont know if that had anything to do with it

I had an ongoing problem with my gas boiler and called Dave out and he was very helpful and sorted the problem straight away and would recommend him.
