A few mentions for this company on the forum...some going back to 2012.

Has anyone used them for a number of years, and do they really deliver on their promises relating to much cheaper electricity bills???

We have used them since their early days, and yes, they do deliver on their promise of cheaper electricity. Also if you have any problems you can contact them by phone or email and receive a prompt reply.

I contacted them about this time last year because I thought that Iberdrola were expensive. They said I should get 10% reduction by switching to them. They charge you a management fee to monitor the suppliers and switch you to another if necessary. Unfortunately they switched me to a higher supplier. I had to calculate this as it was over a different period and they had put in a smart meter.(day and night readings). When I complained they said that I was on a cheap rate with Iberdrola and I would not get that rate again. I asked Iberswitch why they had switched me away from Iberdrola if it was the cheapest and the guy said he had not looked at the price I was getting even though I had sent him a bill from Iberdrola. Sure enough when I went to Iberdrola they said I could not get that rate again. I blocked the management fee and switched to another supplier who was supplying my mains gas with a discount.

We’re with Iberswitch. I tried to contact them once and the number on their website was disconnected. I e-mailed them and they eventually replied, but the reply didn’t answer the question that I’d asked (I’d already recieved the correct answer from someone else, so it didn’t really matter).

With the Iberswitch management fee, plus the fee you still have to pay to Iberdrola for power distribution, I’m not sure the savings are worth it.
We’re seriously considering swapping back to Iberdrola next time we’re over in Spain.

Pete.
