Ask it a question if it answers its a smart meter :D

And if it says "why are you talking to an inanimate meter" then you know you've got a smartass meter.

The President should be issued with a key and should be with you if you want to check your meter

What if the community president is non resident and only visits his property for a few weeks a year? :?

If President not there go to your administration company

In our community both the president and vice president have a key. The president is non-resident but the vice president is a resident, so we always have access.

Our switch to monthly billing coincided with the installation of the Smart meter a couple of months ago.

We now have a Smart or not so smart meter and the electricity supply keeps tripping out. It is the meter itself that is tripping out, bot the house trip fuses. Does anyone know if I can do anything about this.
Any positive suggestions would be appreciated
