Iberdrola - Incorrect Bill

Only had 3 or 4 bills from Iberdrola but the latest one today seems to be charging me for units in December 2017 - when in actual fact we went back to the U.K. on 28th Oct - at which point I turned it off at the mains and turned it on when we returned on the 4th Jan.
We have no outside sockets and there has been no access.
Or am I reading the bill wrongly and if i’m right - can I ring and discuss it with them or am I wasting my time?
We are on a smart meter so it can’t be a reading error - can it?
