Comparing Electricity Prices in Spain

I have been trying to find a comparison site for Electricity prices in Spain. I have found one which the National Energy Commission operate.
One English website suggested that you could see this in English but I have not found it, but by using Google Chrome I can translate most of it.
Having put in my post code, contract amount and annual consumption it produced a very long list for me.
I am also using the day and night tariff which you can also select.
Surprisingly the cheapest supplier is CEPSA with Iberdrola down in about 28th place and the company I am with even lower.
What I do not know is whether this site shows any discounted prices as I am currently getting 5% discount off the company's normal prices.
It was 8% but they have now reduced it after about 18 months hence the reason to look elsewhere.
I was wondering if any member was using Electricity from CEPSA and what they think of them as a supplier ? Do they offer customer service in English and is the billing on a regular basis. The other query I have is that they are listed twice, the first time with +15% energy saving and then further down with +12% energy saving. I am not sure what is meant by this.

Just had a quote from Aliluz for our electricity - currently with Iberdrola
Aliluz are offering a lower rate per KWh plus a discount of 20% for the first year
Is anyone else using this company
