Hi is anyone else missing their electric bill? Ours was due towards the end of October but the direct debit has not been taken, nor a bill received. Have Iberdrola reverted to bi monthly billing?

Yes we have not had a bill since 26/09 so emailed them last night as there is no information on the app itis just blank. Not had a response yet.

There must be something going on because my last bill online was dated 25 Sept. Online says the last billing date was October 23 but nothing was taken out. Now my online bill is creeping up with the bill at October 23 increasing and including up to date.
No idea why.

I've just received back an email from Iberdrola saying their accounts department is investigating our missing bill (due 27th October).

Ours seems to be ok. We have a bill online dated 30/10/18 for usage from 24/09-28/10/18 and due to be taken out today. I can't get on Sabadell's app at the moment to check if it's been taken.

No bill either here. Last bill was 24th September.

Ours was due at the end of October....Direct debt taken today.

My last bill was 24th September, so something strange is going on. My online account shows the cumulative current amount from the last bill, so it's creeping up daily.

I got a bill yesterday, dated 24th September to 27th October

I had a bill just over a week ago dated 14th - 25th October. I too thought that a little strange to be honest but it has been paid by my bank on the date it was requested etc.
