Somebody must have chivvied them up. Got ours today dated 30 October.

When I enter my credentials and password, in the Iberdrola App I’m greeted by a bank, white, screen. Something must be seriously wrong.

I think they're updating their website. I had that problem last night and this morning with the app, but I can get in on my pc. However instead of having the tab that says "Smart Meter" the info is now under a tab called "Remote Management". I think they havent updated the app yet.

We didn't get ours for October either. We pay a set amount each month and they adjust it at the end of the year. The monthly payment went out in the 25th as normal. No bill has arrived. It's normally dated 25th and I get it by email. Not normally late si they must be having problems

My bill notification arrived today, it covers 24th Sept to Oct. 30th, so slightly longer than the usual month. Maybe they are aligning the bills to calendar month start/end.

I've often found the website functionality slightly flakey.

Update. Ours arrived today,same as above 24 sept. To 30 October.,to be collected 15 Nov. Would be nice to be informed if they are altering billing dates,just so you know where you are. Thanks for replays.

Had our bill the other day, and money withdrawn from bank.

I HAVE HAD TWO BILLS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BY IBERDROLA November AND December . SORRY TO SAY THEY WERE VERY HIGH THINKING ABOUT CHANGING ON MY RETURN TO SPAIN monthly ACCOUNTS NOW IN PROGRESS WITH THEM November AND December BILLS A LOT MORE THAN USUAL . ANY RECOMENDATIONS RE SWITCH .
