Electricity Performance Certificate (EPC)
Posted: Tue Jul 21, 2020 1:12 pmHi all . Just been quoted 120 euros (inc. tax) to supply my EPC. Sounds expensive to me . Any guidance would be appreciated .
That's about right, I'm afraid. Prices can vary from 150 up to 600 euro depending on size of property so 120 seems reasonable.
Mind you, it does seem expensive as all Spanish houses could just have the statement "They aren't" and be truthful.
