Hidraqua - reconnection help

Hi there, I am hoping someone can offer me some advice. We own a property on Villamartin. We haven't been out since before Covid. Due to various reasons we could not pay the water bill until now, and this has now been cleared. The water was cut off. We are flying out in a few weeks and I need the water reconnected before we arrive. We have an elderly relative coming with us, and it will stress them out no end if the water is not on. Can anyone help? Hidraqua told me I need to make an appointment. I have told them I am in the UK until end July but they haven't come back to me yet. Please tell me there is something I can do to get the water put back on, whilst I am still in the UK? Thank you.

Do you have a valid habitation certificate for your property that you could send them?

AFAIK Electricity reconnections are relatively easy at previous potencia but water reconnections require new contract & a valid habitation certificate.

Sign up online with them, you should be able to communicate with them then
