Isn't IPTV available free after the initial unit purchase? I'm not an expert I'm afraid!

There's a world of difference in quality, reliability, useability and content between a proper IPTV service like the one that Paul is advertising and what you'll get with an Android box or Firestick with Kodi installed.
Not only that, but you'll get a fully supported service if you go with Paul's IPTV system.
It's a case of you get what you pay for!

Pete.

Seconded.

Kodi boxes are fine for films, but the glitching, the buffering, and the endless rebuilds and trying to find channels on endless links will always be there!

Plus...trying to watch Premiership football is so hard...watching anything except League 2 football on a Wednesday night seems almost impossible without the game taking 6 hours to play/buffer/play/buffer/play/lose feed!!!!

Actually...Paul...when you say "recently upgraded", what changes (if any) have been made?

I did notice some banners popping up on-screen regarding football matches (as far as I can recall) when we were over a couple of weeks ago, but those may have been there already...we only signed up in December!

You will usually see a banner / message appear on a Saturday / Sunday morning - this is to advise what games are on what channels - to save you searching. If in doubt (for a specific football match etc) http://www.liveonsat.com also major sporting events - expect to see the likes of a message for the boxing Klitchko vs Joshua, will be put up on the PPV channel.

Other times messages are posted up for either service notifications or updates to channels. This week Sky News Sports HD version added.

There have been some new additions to the international sports. A major change for this specific service is that it also now has the ability to record - to do this, you can download from the catch up service onto a memory stick - then archive on PC / hard drive etc. You can also do the same in the video club (films & series).

With recording (yes this sounds strange) you actually record from the past and do not need a timer to record. You will need a USB memory stick or an external hard drive to record on to.

NEW FACILITY - HOW TO RECORD: Connect USB stick or external hard drive to box.

1. Select a channel - for example BBC 1 (orange clock) 60 channels with catch up all terrestrials and main Sky
2. Select right on remote to move you to the catch up section.
3. Select day / program which has already been shown.
4. Press yellow button to download.
5. Item will be in downloads section - you can delete from this location, but not play back.

6. Go to 'Media Browser' Icon on home screen, here you will find your memory stick and folder within for the recorded content & can play back from this section.

You are not limited by the amount you can record, this will depend on the size of the connect USB memory stick or hard drive you connect to the set top box.
