Does anyone know whether Telfy will "throttle" their 10MBps WiMax connection at certain times, or whether they're normally constantly running at that speed?

Just wondering as I'm thinking about using an IPTV service, and 10MBps seems like a better option than 5MBps for those sorts of things...but if they do throttle the portal speeds, then maybe it's worth looking elsewhere!

I have been with skynetlink/telfy for quite a few years and always do regular speed checks,I have always found it to be around 9.86 meg.We operate Kodi,Jarvis 16.1 from it and hardly ever fails us.

Thanks both! Telecable is not an option in our area. When Telecable came out to install, they gave up trying to get a signal and called Telfy out instead!!!!!!!!!!

mine is great up to 9pm then starts to drop, rang telfy and they came the next morning however still the same drops to 5mb and iptv box freezes Mark
