Europa are pulling the plug on my Mobile package but are blocking the Porting of my existing mobile number to Hitsmobile I have supplied them with all my details, copy invoices, SIM card number, NIE and Passport details and still nothing is the port is being rejected, What I am missing ?

I guess you have sorted this by now but I have only just seen your post when looking at recent grumbles about Europa.

The problem you have is that Europa 'piggybacks' off Mas Movil phone services. Namely Europa are just a sub contractor and don't supply any services directly.
So you are (for the purposes of the administration and supply computers) already a customer of Mas Movil.

The only way to leave is go change to a 'proper' direct supplier like Movistar, Orange, Vodaphone or another subcontractor like Telitec who 'piggy back' off a different supplier than Mas Movil.
