I see in the uk you can get unlimited data sim 3g with 3 mobile. Does anyone know if anyone here in spain does similar. It needs to be truly unlimited and mobile.

There are no unlimited data packages on the 3Mobile site 100gb permonth is best I can see

Is it better to keep a UK Sim card, or use a Spanish Sim card?

AFAIK, if you use UK roaming in EU for more than two months, the UK operator will object and cut you off - i use a Three Wifi device for the laptop, when I get to Spain on 10th Sept, i firmly expect them to cut me off early December. We'll soon find out!

No not always. We are still under contract with our UK mobile and we've been here just over a year. We phoned EE before leaving for Spain and were advised there is no time limit. We definatily haven't been cut off and our bills have remained the same.

Same as Angela we didn't even tell EE and still going great no probs!!

Same here...vodaphone...no time limit or cutoff in over a years usage

Not even sure they know or can identify. We repeatedly asked our provider~who couldn't give us information regarding use~and until changing to a Spanish provider, used UK mobiles here trouble free for 2 yrs!

I'm on o2 never been cut off,if they cut you off change provider ,simples
