Telfy on off service

Hi apologies if this has been covered but looking at telfy for on off service I have contacted them but still a little worried as I’ve may on occasions only need it on twice a year depending on if family use the apartment too
Any advice would be appreciated

We use Telfy on/off service, as we only come out 3 times a year. I just write them an email, containing my Telfy number, asking them to SWITCH ON dd/mm/yyyy hh.mm, and to SWITCH OFF dd/mm/yyyy hh.mm. I also ask them to confirm via email that they have read my email, and are OK with the instructions. I have had the odd hiccup, but generally it works very well.

We used this when we returned this time we just emailed them with a date to connect and had no problems. I would email them when you need it connecting and email them again when you need it disconnected.

All it takes is a phone call; 5 minutes is all it takes to connect/disconnect the service. Never had any problems so far. I also am only here three times a year.

We use Telfy , just email when you want it on or off and they always return email to confirm, simples.
