Hi Everyone, we are relocating from the US to Quesada, can anyone recommend a good cell phone package.

First thing is, you have to get used to calling them ‘mobiles’ not ‘cells’.
I use Simyo. They have 4g. Obviously it depends on your usage but I pay €4 per month for basic. That includes internet and calls. The only place that does it as far as I know is fonefix in San Luis. It’s not far away and they will advise you on packages.

Wow 4e a month I take it that’s sim only? My uk contract finishes in a couple of weeks. Will they be able to unlock my phone and supply a sim?

I get 20 minutes calls and 2gig internet. Used to have a lot more, but everywhere’s got WiFi and I use what’s app for calls.

That would suit me. No mobile reception where we are anyway. Got a landline with free calls home and as you say WhatsApp to call mobiles.

Unlimited calls to Spanish landlines, mobiles and cross network/all networks.
25 GB mobile data, best I have seen.

€30 a month inclusive, though looks like has changed slightly since we did it - €25 per month promo and €32 after seems like they are now doing - good for unlimited calls though.

The question was phone deals not what you call it , cellphone or mobile , it’s a phone! Why do rude people have to nitpick.
